Story

This year my team and I will be running for Homes of Hope at The Stampede. We are specifically raising funds for the Pune Safe House in India, which seeks to shelter and re-educate victims of human slavery. It is a great casue and one that I am passionate about!

To show I am serious, I have already run the 30km Coastal Classic and the Sydney Marathon this year in the lead up to this event, and have put all my 'fundraising eggs' into one basket!

Sponsor me to complete a gruelling 10km obstacle course of mud, cargo nets, giant slip & slides and live wires charged with 10,000 volts at The Stampede.

Please support me by clicking the green donate button now!

Thanks for your support!

NEWS FLASH

THANK YOU so much to all of my sponsors and supporters for your contributions!

Homes of Hope International (Global Development Group - J821N)

Empowering Initiatives For Women is a Global Development Group (GDG) approved aid and development project (J821N) which empowers women who have been the victims of sex slavery. This project creates a safe and caring environment in which traumatized women can recover, provides individual counselling and group therapy, education (including literacy training) aimed at helping participants receive High School diplomas (10th grade as a minimum), and provides each girl with vocational training and assistance in finding employment. Each woman is then assisted in a successful re-entry process to normal society.

Gifts over $2 with a preference for this approved development project are tax deductible, receipts issued by Go Fundraise on behalf of GDG. Excess funds may be directed to another approved activity. Please note, no non-development (evangelistic, political or welfare) activities are a part of, or funded by, GDG projects.
